Well, what a year 2020 has been for us all…
For Karen and I in particular 2020 has been a real rollercoaster. What a year to quit your job, sell your home, move to the Peak District and fulfil your dream of owning a tea room.
We opened our door to The Lavender Tea Rooms on July the 20th, just shy of 5 months ago,
and despite all of the challenges and restrictions Covid19 has thrown at us, we are still here, ready to open our door again once this awful virus is under control.
We have had the best time, working with our amazing team and hugely supportive suppliers and fellow traders. We would like to say a huge thank you to the hundreds of people that have visited us throughout August, September and October. We have learnt so much and continue to listen to your constructive feedback, making small changes all the time to ensure we deliver the best service and customer experience.
We have been so lucky to meet some lovely people and some have already become regular visitors. We are so looking forward to welcoming new faces and old just as soon we are able to accommodate you as seated guests again.
