Frazer’s Coffee Roasters are a local artisan roaster based in Sheffield. Their main focus is quality, fresh great tasting coffee. Direct trade coffee is really important to them meaning they work directly with the farmers they source from. Frazer’s supply us with our everyday Full Monty beans and our decaffeinated blend.

This artisan bakery employ skilled bakers who use traditional methods to handmake all of their bread, cakes and bakes. Their beautiful bread is made by hand for quality and taste, without the use of plant machinery. This attention to detail has made their bakery’s produce enormously popular and it has become a 24-hour operation; bread is baked through the night using locally sourced ingredients and delivered super fresh to the tea room 6 days a week. Bakewell Bakery provide us with our bread and teacakes.

Cup & Saucer is a small independent business based in the heart of Derbyshire. They are passionate about good quality tea providing tea enthusiasts with ethically sourced, quality loose leaves, laced with personality. Gail provides us with loose leaf tea blends, infusers and many of the cups, saucers and teapots we use in the tea room.
Ginger Butchers
The family are now the third and fourth generation of farmers and butchers in the Armstrong family. They are proud of their heritage, their farm situated a couple of miles from Bakewell and their superb meat and home made produce. Passionate about what they do and committed to providing the highest standards, Ginger Butchers provide us with all our cold meats.
Peak Feast
A local family and exclusively vegetarian bakery based in Youlgrave producing handmade sweet and savoury products which are suitable for Vegetarians and many are also Vegan Friendly and Gluten Free. Peak Feast supply us with our cakes and traybakes.
Breckland Orchard
Breckland Orchard are independent, 100% family owned and aim to make the best soft drinks ever. The drinks they produce have been inspired by those made for Claire, by her granny Jessie when she was child and the family link is at the heart of what they do. The quality of the ingredients shines through and they are incredibly proud of multiple Great Taste Awards the Guild of Fine Food have given them. These drinks are not available in supermarkets and their sole focus is on supplying farm shops, delis, restaurants and coffee shops.
